Evaluation
Criterion 01
Command of pacing and structure, the scope and ambition of the story's vision, originality of approach. The work leaves a lasting impression — memorable, resonant, and capable of staying with audiences well beyond the screening.
Criterion 02
Visual fidelity, motion fluidity, and generative image quality at a level that withstands large-screen projection. Character consistency across shots and scenes, with performances that feel alive and recognizable. Deliberate cinematography and camera direction — framing, movement, and visual rhythm that serve the story rather than merely showcase the tool.
Criterion 03
A clear and cohesive directorial vision — pacing, tone, and visual storytelling working in concert to shape every scene with intention. The direction elicits a genuine emotional response, drawing the audience in and leaving an impression that lingers long after the credits roll.
Criterion 04
The work carries the spark of something bigger. Stories and characters built with the scale, originality, and emotional pull to grow beyond the short form — material ready to be developed, expanded, and championed toward larger platforms and audiences. A strong submission is not just a finished film; it is the seed of an IP worth investing in.
Bonus Criterion
Alignment with faith-rooted, life-affirming themes. Cultural authenticity and the ability to speak across cultural boundaries.
